UNITED EDU-CARE PRESCHOOL IS NOW ACCEPTING UPK REGISTRATIONS FOR ALL CHILDREN BORN IN 2014.
Register
United Edu-Care Preschool advertises in print and electronic media when there are spaces available. Children are admitted regardless of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, religion or handicap conditions.
How to Enroll?
Children who are “potty trained” and are 2.6 years old up to kindergarten age, are eligible to enroll. Parent(s)/guardian(s) must submit the following before the child is enrolled in United Edu-Care Preschool.
- An executed contract
- Registration card
- Record of immunization (must be updated as required by the NYC Dept. of Health)
- Complete medical form (must be updated annually as required by the NYC Dept. of Health)
- Day Care Cumulative Health Record
- Income Eligibility Application
Note: All UPK documents must be completed on a timely basis

Rates include breakfast, lunch and a snack. These fees are payable regardless of absences, holidays, personal vacations, maintenance week, or emergency closings including, but not limited to, inclement weather conditions. However, each child is entitled to two weeks annual vacation without any fees. The Preschool operates all year; therefore, the child’s space is reserved for 50 payable weeks regardless of any absences beyond the 2-week vacation.
The monthly fee is due and payable on the 1st day of each month. All fees past due in excess of 5 days from the due date will be assessed a $15 late charge. If the fee is not paid by the close of business on the 10th day from the monthly due date, the child will not be allowed to continue in the program until the debt is discharged. Fees may be paid in the form of cash or money order made payable to United Church of Jesus Christ. Please indicate the child’s name on the front of the check/money order. The staff will not be responsible for the loss of any payments sent with the child.
In the event the Preschool has to initiate collection procedures, parents(s)/ guardians will be responsible for all expenses incurred, including, but not limited to: monthly late charges, legal fees and other costs associated with the collection process. Records of any child will not be released to parent/guardian until all outstanding fees or charges for losses have been paid.
